Well, it is the fourth day of the new year.  I am sure that some of you; my readers, have already broken your resolutions.  I stopped this practice years ago and it has been extremely liberating.

My problem is that I am way too blind.  Some times I just don’t see it.  I look and I look; but, I just simply do not see it.  This really bothers me.

What vision have you been given?  There is an even more important question.  What have you done with the vision? We can no longer just sit, soak and sour.  People are dying and going to hell.  People are taking their own lives left and right.  We must do something!

We have to invest in arming ourselves for the battle that we are in.  In case you have not heard we are in a war of all wars.  It is a spiritual battle.  It is the forces of good and God against the forces of evil and the devil.  It does not matter if you want to be in the fight or not.  You are in the battle.  So, what role will you take?

We need to beg God for a fresh vision of what He wants us to do.  Then we need to just do what He says.  Look at Proverbs 29:18, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”  Are you a perishing casualty or are you pressing on a faithful soldier of the LORD Jesus Christ?
