God Speaks

Exodus 33:11, “And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.”

There is a southern gospel music group called “Ponder, Sykes and Wright”.  They sing a song titled, “He Still Speaks”.  It is definitely a favorite song of mine for many reasons.  There was a really dark time in my life several years ago.  I prayed and I told God exactly how I felt.  As I prayed it felt to me like God put His arms around me.  People might say I am crazy or even worse; but, the fact is I felt it.

I know that writing this blog has been a great opportunity for me.  It makes me look just a little deeper into the Scriptures every day as I read the Bible.  He speaks to me and I pass it along to you, my readers.

Now here is the thing.  Does God speak to you?  If He does not speak to you then you should figure out why not.  I will assure you that He wants to speak to you.  Confess and forsake those sins in your life so those communication lines can be restored and God can speak to you.

So, how are you doing?
