The other evening I picked up a local farmer and took him up the road a piece from where he parked his tractor and dropped him off at his truck.  Later that night I had a dream about that encounter.  I will not go into all the details; but, let us just say that there was no possibility of the dream being true.

When I comes to the resurrection there are possibilities.  The Sadducees do not believe in the resurrection.  This is why in Mark 12:23 and parallel passages they asked Jesus about a situation trying to catch Him in what He said.  They believed there was no possibility of a resurrection.  If they would read the Scriptures then they would have to change their minds.

The resurrection is not only a possibility; but, it is a sure thing.  The unsaved will be raised in the resurrection of the unjust.  Those who know Christ as their Saviour will be raised in the resurrection of the just.  The resurrection is a possibility and it is as sure as Jesus and His Word.
